1. Spark NZ
Project Description:
Spark New Zealand is a New Zealand telecommunications company providing fixed line telephone services, a
mobile network, an internet service provider, and a major ICT provider to NZ businesses.
Role: Tech Lead.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Proving Siebel solution and preparing design document.
Understanding the requirement and liaising with Business Analyst, End-to-End Architect
Business Owner.
Translating the business requirement into technical requirement, preparing solution design.
Giving design walk through to business and technical Stake Holders. Incorporating the feedback
and ensuring signed off form them.
Creating technical task and assigning it to team and ensuring meeting the delivery timeline.
Explaining the requirement and helping team in resolving technical issues.
Fixing high priority production issues
Supporting system integration testing.
Supporting production code deployment.
Implementing complex requirement in Siebel CRM.

3. CRM-One Siebel-SDLC(BT02-B-CS)
Project Description:
OneSiebel (OS) is one of the strategic platforms identified within BT and also referred as Value CRM because it
deals with the high value customer base of BT i.e. BT Major Business, BT Wholesale, BT Global Services. This
project is used by BT Call Center Agents for supporting their telecom services used by the customers.
OneSiebel is one of a number of interdependent programs which uses AGILE Project Management methodology to
deliver maximum business value in short cycles avoiding the risk of over budget, low quality and delayed
deliveries.
As a Developer in OneSiebel, currently working on B2B Channel i.e., Business to Business, which is a zero-touch
order journey based on Order Management System. Order Management System is been developed to support the
major part of Order Processing functionality.
The B2B channel supports the processing of Bulk Orders which are received in the form of XMLs. This includes
Order Creation, Modification, Amendment, Cancellation and Cessation. Various order validations need to be
executed during order processing.

The number of orders progressed by B2B channel per day is 5000 and above. No manual intervention is involved
while the processing of Orders which means that the orders once placed are progressed from one interface to the
other without any interruption and service is provided to the customer as per the requirements.
Responsibilities:
Major development work includes creation of workflows and writing scripts so that a single order can be created
with multiple line-items of the same product in one-go. This doesn’t involve any UI touch for the order to be
created. Everything is handled by executing the workflows in loops.
Creating UT plans, Perform the Unit Testing of User Stories after completing the development, creating
Performance Check-list which involves identifying all the deadly and non-deadly sins present in the objects
worked upon while developing the User Story and running the UT logs.
Resolving the faults occurred on testing, performance and production environments and Coordinate with various
interfaces for Fault fixes and provide Dev-Support during IVVT phases.
Raising the Service Requests on Oracle while facing any product related issues and handling all the calls and discussions
with Oracle as and when required.
