#PAKNIG I’m a memon and these fritters are memons favourite and in ramzan these are must at our
table and our grandmother and MIL love to eat these . These are Made with split green lentils paste
with addition of spices and chopped onion and all . Then deep fried , these are soft and crunchy
fritters love to eat it red chilli chutnis ( it’s in my previous dishes) and ketchup and chat masalas .
Perfect for iftaar.

Ingredients

1 cup split green lentil (yellow one)

1 large chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green coriander

4 chopped green chillies

1 tsp red chilles

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp all spices powder

1/4 tsp

Oil for frying

Steps

Fisrt soak dal (lentils) all night then drain all water then chopperised it

Then add chopped onion chilles and green coriander then add all spices and make a mixture

Then heat oil in a wok then scoop with it teaspoon or hand deep fried it
