Operating Revenue: Operating revenue was $29.2 billion in the second quarter of
2020, an increase of $4 billion, or 15.9 percent, versus the prior year quarter, driven
by pharmacy product revenue related to the launch of IngenioRx. The increase was
further attributable to higher premium revenue due to growth in Medicaid and
Medicare and the return of the health insurance tax in 2020, partially offset by a
decrease in experience-rated premiums in our Federal Health Products & Services
business.
