The tour they have been selected for is the Kwaggas Jnr Rugby Festival which is held in Outeniqua from Friday 20
March to Wednesday 25 March 2020.

The boys will play three fixtures, the first being on Saturday 21 March. The B team will play Monument at 08:30 and
the A team will play Diamantveld at 10:30. The results will confirm who we play on Monday and Wednesday.

Documentation:

With this letter, I have attached the following:

1. Program for Saturday 21 March

2. Permission letter which needs to be completed and sent back to me with the following:
- Copy of medical aid card
- Copy of main member’s ID

Closer to the time, I will email a complete itinerary for the week – a breakdown of everyday.

Transport:

We have hired a 45 seater bus from Craig and Sons who will be transporting all the boys and coaches.

We will depart from the school (outside the sports gate) at 06:00. The boys must please be at school by 05:45. We will
return back to school on Wednesday 25 March after the last game (will communicate expected time of arrival on
Tuesday 24 March once the fixtures for Wednesday are announced). Constant updates about the arrival in George and
back home will be communicated via the Whatsapp group.

The boys need to wear their white LO shirt with any pants/shorts/track pants when travelling.

Friday 20 March is the last day of the school term. The boys have received permission to be excused from class but are
required to catch up on any missing work before the second term begins.
Accommodation:

We will be staying at Mountain View Lodge in George. There is a swimming pool as well as braai facilities so I am
hoping to organise a braai on the Sunday in which parents are welcome to join.

Cost:

The tour will cost R3300 which includes the following:

Transport (bus)
Tournament fee
(Includes accommodation and meals)
Laundry (playing kits)
Unexpected injuries
Food
Surprise team builder (x1)

We request that payment gets made as soon as possible to prevent any delay in administration. Last day for payment
is on Monday 16 March 2020. Please email me POP.
