The EOC proposal seeks to provide a high quality of project design that is an all-inclusive model

of working with students on their educational needs. One component of the EOC program is the

completion of financial aid applications. The EOC program allows us to work with many

students of need and assist them in the financial aid application process with to encourage higher

levels of educational attainment. This logic model shows the flow of the financial aid component

in meeting the demanding needs in our community.
