- Steps to Solve
As the end user has already created a saved search I will share the steps to create
& use a label with the end user as follows

For creating a label I will share the below steps with the customer as a response
along with the links to this public KB article:
Go to Label on the left-hand side menu
Click on the Create Label button
Enter a Name and select a color
Click on the Create button
The new label will be displayed on the Labels page
Once the label has been created, it can be used in Saved Searches to classify the
articles in the search results
For applying the label to a saved search Click on Saved Search on the left-hand
side menu
Click on the saved search where the label will be used
In the search results, select the article(s) you want to label and click on Add
Select the Add label option
Select the label that you want to apply from the list of options and click on Save
The label will be applied to the selected search results.

able to label any of the articles.

Log in to Nucleus & Go to Label option on the left-hand side menu

Click on the Create Label button

same.
