1. I will Login to Nucleus
2. On the top right corner, I will click on my user name and then click on User
Management.
3. I will Click on Create User.
4. Then I will Fill in the three required fields: First Name as Heather, Last Name
as Shingleton, and Email as heatherShingleton@maximus.com.
5. Then I will Select the User Role as Anayst.
6. Then I will Select the Client as Maximus and the Project as Maximus within that
