Remuneration is the organization's efforts to improve the

performance of soldiers in support of the implementation of the basic

tasks. Remuneration can be in the form of salary, honorarium, fixed

allowances, incentives, bonuses or achievements, severance pay or

pension. With remuneration correctly and will manifest high self-discipline,

where the feeling is obedient and submissive to the values of trust,

including perform a specific job which it is responsible.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect

of an increase in remuneration to discipline soldiers of Battalion

300/Raider as well as the dominant variable effect on work discipline

soldiers. The population in this study is the personnel in Battalion

300/Raider as many as 538 people. The total sample of 85 people. The

sampling technique using random sampling. The analytical method used

is koefisein regression analysis. The research result is an increase in the

remuneration of labor discipline effect on soldiers of Battalion 300 / R with

R Square of 0.624 or 62.4% of the remaining 37.59% influenced by other

variables. Increased remuneration partially positive and significant impact

on work discipline soldiers of Battalion 300 / R.
