    Please find enclosed layout plan of PH-IV, Switchyard, Tailrace & Access Road
    submitted by Contractor JV vide letter referred above, regarding provision of required
    foundation/ retaining structure for gantry structure.
    The observation conveyed by the Contractor JV need to be addressed, except the
    issue regarding access road toward Switchyard of PH-IV which will be addressed in shop
    drawings as per site conditions.
    Your office is requested to get the subject design proposal reviewed and provide
    design recommendations to ensure the overall stability of the Gantry Structure.
    Alternately meeting with Contractor JV representative may be convened at Lahore, to
    resolve the matter at earliest possible, please.
