Booking

Once you have decided to proceed with the quotation, a non-refundable deposit of Php 10,000 of
the total of the order is required in order to secure your booking. Note: No booking is confirmed
until the payment has been received. You agree to all the items as listed on the quotation.

Full Payment will be collected after delivery of the item.

Cancellation

Cancellations of part of your order 2 months or less prior to the date of the function will incur a
50% cancellation fee of the total value of the order that has been cancelled. This amount is due
to be paid two weeks prior to the date of the wedding, or at the time of cancellation.

Delivery

Should a timed delivery be requested, wedding coordinator should inform 1 day before the
wedding day.

If the customer has picked up the floral arrangement , and has seen the quality of the flowers, it
is the responsibility of the customer to then care for the flowers once it has been delivered. No
refunds will be given if any question of the quality of the arrangement is not given within
24hours.
