ABSTRACT:
Most of the companies in this world have started adapting blockchain technology in their
supply chain, to increase the efficiency, security and traceability of their products. Food
companies have also started adapting blockchain technology to increase the food safety and
traceability. More than decades milk industry has not adapted any technologies in their
supply chain and more so important, 68% of milk supplied in India is contaminated. In this
we have created a blockchain platform for milk and dairy supply chain projecting the steps
and procedures to follow to implement blockchain technology in supply chain.
