GENERAL NOTES
1 Custody Transfer Metering System shall be fully compliance with COCO-P3-EXE-TOYO-PCE-000-INC-SPC-0008 Specification for Ethylene Custody Trans-
fer Metering System and COCO-P3-EXE-TOYO-PCE-000-INC-SPC-0001 Specification for Field Instrument. Body/Rating/Flanges type shall be relevant with the Specification for Piping Mater
The materials rating shall be as per design pressure / temperature and suitable as per process condition.

PRESSURE GAUGES
2 All Pressure Gauges shall have dual scale (barG And kPaG) , main indication shall be in barG, secondary indication shall be in kPaG.

3 Gauge Saver shall protect the gauge up to the design pressure (if applicable). Gauge Saver shall be 316 SS. 1/2" NPTM inlet x 1/2" NPTF outlet and shall
be in accordance with ASME B-40.6 - 2001.

MOTOR OPERATED VALVES (MOV)

4 Motor supply voltage shall be 415 VAC 3-Phase 50 Hz distributed by Vendor from the Skid Power Distribution Panel.

5 Motor shall have integral motor starter, local open/close/stop switch, protection for instantaneous reversal and thermal overload, Class-F insulation with
Class-B temperature rise padlockable local/off/remote selector switch, padlockable handwheel and adjustable torque limit switch and embedded
thermostat to prevent motor burn-out.

6 Vendor shall provide three separate cable entries for the motor; one for power and two for control. All cable entries shall be ISO M20x1.5. Vendor shall
provide adapter if required. All entries shall be plugged using certified plugs. The following signals are required to be sent to/from Metering System:
- Inhibit open
- Close indication
- Open command
- Local / Remote control indication
- Close command
- Travel indication
- Open indication
- Fault indication

7 All Valve / Actuator assemblies shall be provided with Local Illuminated Position Indication Device (LCD Type preferred) for valve opened, valve closed
and valve travelling, as a minimum.

TEMPERATURE GAUGES
8 Thermometer and Thermowell shall be supplied as complete units. Vendor shall match standard length to suit Thermowell.

9 Temperature Gauge assembly shall be as per Standard Drawing D14.92.010-D. Stem length shall be provided accordingly.

10 Zero adjustment and over-range protection shall be as per manufacturer standard.

11 Thermowell construction shall comply to PTS Standard Drawing D12.92.339-A & D12.92.340-A
