    This is a work text that aims to refine College Students reading skills. This is also a response to the
    call of the commission on higher education to assist the students in giving more comprehensive skills deemed important
    or necessary.

    V. GENERAL OBJECTIVES

    At the end of the school semester, the students should be able to:
    a. Have a full grasp of the various requisite skills to become successful and efficient readers.
    b. To have reading an indispensable tool for better understanding of the world around.
    c. Develop interpersonal relationship.
