There are few magazines in India, which are published in the Arabic
language at the moment, and therefore motivated by this need, he

attract a group of scholars in order to play an active role in building
awareness and conviction in the Arabic language along with the
propagation of Islamic knowledge through it.

So far, his articles on various topics have been published in various

There is no doubt that he played a constructive role in preparing the
first book of its kind on the biography of the Grand Mufti of India,
Hazrat Allama Alhaj Mustafa Reza Khan bin Mujaddid-e-Din o Millat
Imam Ahmad Reza Khan, may Allah have mercy on them. This famous
and widely distributed book on the research and innovative level was
prepared by three great scholars, Hazrat Allama Muhammad Ahmad Al-
Misbahi, Hazrat Allama Abdul Mabeen Al-Nu'mani and Hazrat Allama
Maqbool Ahmad Al-Salek Al-Misbahi. This book was entitled "Jahan-e-
Mufti-e-Aazam-e-Hind". This book received a great response and a

doubt about that he traveled countless miles across India to carry out
Islamic services. In fact, his outstanding personality thus contributed to
lead the caravan of enlightenment that is his sole part. May his
tremendous efforts and struggle in the service of Islam deserve thanks,
reverence and gratitude.
Jamia Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki in Delhi

There was a dire need to lay down an Islamic institute in Delhi, that
would meet the requirements of time. Because in reality, there was no
religious school at the desired level according to the current
requirements before, and this caused ignorance and backwardness at
the level of belief, education and society. Alhadulillah, this came into
existance due to the efforts of Islamic scholar Allama Maqbool Ahmad
al-Salek al-Misbahi and his strenuous endeavors, when he laid the
foundation stone for Jamai Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Al-Khaki on
October 17, 2001 in a densely populated Muslim area in southeast
Delhi. This Jamia is located in Madanpur Khadar Extension, Sarita Vihar
near Badarpur, southeast of Delhi, New Delhi. The foundation Day was
celebrated on Sunday, September 17, 2006 at a conference in which a
large number of eminent scholars and many people participated. This
was a place of bliss and joy for the Muslim people, who were eager to
deepen the bonds and links with Islamic ideas and religious teachings.

This does not need any explanation as it was apparently clear that there
was an urgent need to establish an Islamic institute that belongs to the
great Khalifa of Khawaja Muinuddin al-Ajmiri, (may Allah’s mercy be
upon him) Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki, (may Allah’s mercy be
upon him) There was not Institute / School dedicated to this great Sufi
and Murshid that should adopts the modern curricula and new
methods. That includes new and old sciences and subjects and
scientific and spiritual knowledge. That provides an opportunity for
students and meritorious graduates from Madrasa background to get
admission in Indian universities to pursue their higher studies?
Therefore, taking into consideration the importance of this type of An
Islamic institute in the capital of the country, Islamic scholar Allama
Maqbool Ahmad al-Salek al-Misbahi decided to found Jamia Khawaja
Qutbuddin Bakhtiar al-Khaki, who was really feeling the interest of an
urgent call to build such kind of Islamic institute to make the new
generation enlightened..

In order to practically achieve this Islamic mission, Islamic scholar

Allama Maqbool Ahmad Salek Al-Misbahi established a national, non-
political and non-profit Islamic Institute in Delhi to spread the message
of Islam and to strengthen the relationship between Muslims in the
every field of life. Now we can say that Jamia Khawaja Qutbuddin
Bakhtiar Khaki, which is one of the famous Islamic institute in Delhi,
represents his ideas towards Muslim Ummah. In fact, there is only one
way that is education to save Muslim community from the inferior
situation.

Maihdul Atfaal in Maharaj Ganj State

It is worth mentioning that he established another Madrasa in the state

of Maharaj Anj, called " Maihdul Atfaal “ Institute for Children", with
regard to providing basic education facilities for children of the Muslim
community. Now it is a statewide semi-government school. He is also
an independent honorary member of Jamia Kamiliya Miftahul Uloom ,
Kolhui Bazar as Supervisor of Educational Affairs.

He was always more interested in Islamic matters and social issues.

These are the reasons that made him comply with this important task
to focus his thoughts and activities on building a firm and stable base
where the Muslims can raise educational, intellectual and moral levels.
