PM Problems
- Visible decrease, demotivated team because of WFH salary
- Campaign didn’t elevate enough
Sofie - Cross data becomes redundant nowadays because of the
tenure and admin fee

- Man power problem, yonathan lacks of loyalty bring the

whole team down
- Yulika sometimes wait for the customer's payment record on
other app
- New personel, still learning and trying to find his own rhythm

- Miscommunication with the sales person, the sales did not
understand the promo and strategy that was instructed
- User retention becomes high, because the team lack of effort
