AGNECY AGREEMENT

We M/s ScanCAD International located at P.O. Box 598, Morrison, CO 80465-0598 USA do
declared that we are manufacturer of the following stores / items:-

1. We do hereby appoint M/s Countrywide Trade Linkers our sole agent for
Pakistan to negotiate with Ministry of Defence Production, Director General
Defence Purchase, DGP Army, DP Navy, and DP Air for sale of above
mentioned products.
2. This agreement will remain valid up to 31-12-2023
3. We undertake to inform the Director General Defence Purchase, in case, any
change/cancellation/termination of this agency agreement takes, please.
4. It is certified that conditions/instructions mentioned in the agent commission
policy issued by Director General Defence Purchase have been read out and
noted.
5. Agent commission is yet not mutually decided however it would be declared at
the time of signing the contract.
6. We are ISO Certified Company (Certificate copies attached).
