The first bar chart illustrates the price of a house in England and London in two different years periods of

time, while the second one bar chart demonstrates the costs of a house in five different other parts of
England.

Overall, the average prices of houses in England and its capital are expected to increased in both given
years during the study’s period. Additionally, the house's pricecost in London was higher than all five
other regions parts in England.

As can be seen from the first chart, the costs of the houses in London increased dramatically by over
20,000 to roughly 40,000 pounds in 2013. In contrast, the house costs of England just went up slightly to
approximately 20,000 pounds in 2013.

Looking at the second bar chart, we can see that the price of a house in London was the highest of six
parts in England, at 40,000 pounds. This is, followed by the South East, South West and North West, at
32,000, 25,000, and 20,000, respectively. In addition However, the houses with that were paid at the
lowest prices were in the Midlands and North East. A similarity can be observed in the figures of money
needed, at about 10,000 pounds, for these houses. a house in Midlands and North East of England at
about 10,000 pounds.
