The first bar chart illustrates the price of a house in England and

London in two periods of time, while the second bar chart


demonstrates the cost of a house in other parts of England
Overall, the average prices of houses in England are expected to
increase during the study’s period. Additionally, the house's cost in
London was higher than all five other parts in England
As can be seen from the first chart, the costs of the houses in London
increased dramatically by over 20000 to roughly 40000 pounds in
2013. In contrast, the house costs of England just went up slightly to
approximately 20000 pounds.
Looking at the second bar chart, we can see that the price of a house
in London was the highest of six parts in England, followed by South
East, South West and North West. However, the houses that were
paid at the lowest price in the Midlands and North East. A similarity
can be observed in the figures of money needed for a house in
Midlands and North East of England at about 10000 pounds.
