Technical study

The most efficient way of allocating resources is to produce the highest possible quality of

products and services at the lowest possible cost which is the focal point of the study.

The items that were taken into consideration is the or business location, construction of

building, business layout, raw materials needed, the quality of the product, manpower

requirements, utilities required and waste disposal method which are all essential information

under this study.

The diagram shows that when the customers enter the Diamond Copies Printing Service the

customer(s) will go directly to the counter table to inquire and choose the service they want to

avail. After deciding the service needed and the final layout the staff will go to ahead and

process it to the working area where all the services are made. Staff will provide specific time

waiting frame per service. Customer(s) may come back when the finish product is ready or they

can sit and wait at the waiting area inside the shop. Online customer(s) will choose the service

they want to avail then they will contact Diamond Copies online or phone and send their final

layout to our email address. Staff will response with a confirmation and the time and schedule

the finish product can claim. Online service may require down payment through online banking.

which is most efficient price for having elegant and unique style of the business environment. On the

other hand, machines and equipment which are directly used in preparation of the products cost to ₱

399,469.00. Straight line depreciation method has been used to compute the annual depreciation in

furniture and fixtures. The formula stated below:
