APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 438 Cr.P.C FOR GRANT OF

ANTICIPATORY BAIL ON BEHALF OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACCUSED
PERSONS.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1.That the FIR No- 201/2017 was registered by the police station of P.S-
Badar Pur on 24-06-2017 because there was dispute between both the
parties due to some misunderstanding while the children were playing
outside the houses. It is pertinent to mention here that the
complainant and the accused persons are near relatives.

2. That all the injured persons have received simple injuries and have
been discharged same day and all are well.

2.That there is no purpose will be served to keep the accused persons

behind the bar for long time.

3.That the applicants /accused persons have clean antecedents and no

case is pending against them in any court of law except the above said.

4. That there is no chances of applicants/ accused persons absconding

from justice or tampering with the prosecution evidence in any manner
whatsoever.

5.That the applicant /accused persons apprehend their arrest in

the above noted case and if they are arrested ,they would be harassed
and humiliated unnecessary without any fault on their part.

6. That the applicant / accused persons are ready to join the

investigation as and when directed to do so.

7. That the applicant/ accused persons are ready to furnish sound

surety for the satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.

8. That the applicant / accused persons further undertakes to abide by

any terms and conditions imposed by this Hon’ble court while granting
them bail.

PRAYER:-
 It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the SHO/IO of the
concerned police station be directed to release applicants/ accused
persons on bail in the event of their arrest in the interest of justice .
