COMMENTS
This design recommendation is based on the technical data provided to us by e-mail on 19.11.2020.
The recommended material REGUPOL vibration 480 is largely resistant to moisture and frost and is
therefore ideally suited for outdoor use or industrial requirements.
We recommend REGUPOL vibration 450 with a thickness of 50 mm for vertical vibration insulation to
the side of the machine foundations.

Bases of Calculation
Calculated as a rigid body model in the vertical direction on a perfect rigid base in consideration of a massless spring and a
velocity-proportional damping (SDOF-system).

Our expertise is the development and manufacturing of products. With our recommendation we can only assist you in selecting a product
that is suitable for your demand. However, we cannot act as your architect or consulting expert.
This would only be possible subject to a separately concluded service contract that we would have to bill you for. Such contracts are not
part of our scope of supply and services. Hence, our recommendation does not lay claim for its correctness.
Bases of Calculation
The spring characteristic results from a uniform load between two plain load plates.

The insertion loss and the isolation efficiency describe the success of an elastic measure.
By the insertion loss the difference between the introduction of force in the area of "rigid" and "elastic" formation will be described.
