    As a beginner in the field of Media Specialist, I would like to learn how to achieve perfection in
    the field of education thus giving justice to the work I am performing. I would like to utilize my
    qualities of being patient, kindhearted, value based, knowledgeable in order to learn how to be a
    Media specialist who makes a mark of excellence in the Media specialist field.

    As a paraprofessional at Isle of Hope elementary my responsibilities are


     Reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing material with students one-on-one
    or in small groups.
     Enforce school and class rules to help teach students proper behavior.
     Help teachers with recordkeeping, such as tracking attendance and calculating grades.
