Dear Madam or Sir,
in order to solve problems global warming and climate changes I would like to represent you my
invention called “Atmosphere pump effect and it’s usage in meteorology, energetic and ecology”
Extreme conditions of atmosphere processes, their global or local changes threaten with natural
miseries even highly-developed and economically stable countries. That’s why it is up-today task to
use disastrous processes of atmosphere for their neutralization, improvement of people’s
environmental conditions, and contribution to his practical activity. In order to solve this problem, I
would like to represent you my invention called “atmosphere pump effect and perspectives of it
usage in meteorology, energetic and ecology”, which is related to atmosphere technologies and
has various spectrums of usage spheres. Namely, it concerns transformation of atmosphere inner
potential(pressures) energies into kinetic energy, modification of weather, schemes of its regulation
and techniques, cleaning of atmosphere air from harmful mixtures, mechanisms regulation of
climate changes and regulation of global warming, cleaning of airdromes and cosmodromes from
fogs and storm-clouds and etc.
According to the formula of the invention, between the ends of hermetic pipeline of sufficient length
(20 km and more) because of constantly curvatures of synoptic relief, there are always differences
in atmosphere pressures. Because of this fact, the air starts to move directionally in the open
pipeline, air masses begin to spread from one geographic point to another, focused regular and
stable air currency of huge speeds is formed, new energetic canals of transfer of air masses and
potential energies are opened, which is similar to the current of hydrologic streams (rivers, oil

schemes of such influence and physical basics provided for thermodynamic factors, rotation and
centrifugal forces, and for realization it is necessary to be conduct simulator-experimental works.
Energetic potential accumulated in an average anti-cyclone is equivalent to milliards of tons of
relative fuel and the power of alternative, renewed source is competitive with atom energies. Even
0.1% of its usage will give us electricity worth ten millions of dollars just in 24 hours. It is also
possible to insert it in the joint energetic network. This cheap energy is quite enough to sheering
equivalent amount of see water and to pump it in dry regions. Besides, don’t foresee coincident
atmosphere processes, using it only for energetic reasons may worsen ecologic condition and
causes undesirable weather events, which makes it possible for dangerous elements to be

evolutions of synoptic processes.
By the technologies mentioned above destructive energies of atmosphere are used for their
neutralization and don’t require additional energetic expenditures.
By the additional strange energetic powers in present synoptic system it is possible strained
resonant synoptic processes with the purpose of military.
With negative discharge in on a large scale synoptic formation it is possible to be created contrary
sign synoptic formation in a little scale, because of this fact weather creation parameters and same

Besides if carry out geo potential energy from present synoptic system into another (for example
