Quantitative Analysis
The Kinetic Energy is made of multiplication between mass and velocity square, multiplied
by half
The Potential Energy is made of multiplication between mass, gravity, and height.
The Mechanical Energy is made of a sum of Kinetic Energy plus Potential Energy.
There are some assumptions that are taken for this experiment :
The Average Gravitational Constant is different from the Gravitational of earth, the
sum of the Average Gravitational Constant is 9.57 m/s² whereas the Gravitational of
earth is 9.8 m/s².
The sum of the Potential Energy and the Mechanical Energy will be different if we
use the gravitational of earth, here’s the result:
→Potential Energy :
→Mechanical Energy :
Factors that causing the differences between the Average Gravitational Constant and
the Gravitational of earth are:
1. Errors in data retrieval (Human Error).
2. Errors in measurement.
3. Natural factors (there’s an external forces that influence the
measurement results)
