 The Discussion
Two days ago, Mrs Erina gave an assignments for grade 9B. The assignments is to make a
conversation with narative text in groups. So, Wulan and her friend groups decided to have
discussion via video call at 8 p.m. o'clock
And then, Wulan invited Rianti at 8 p.m. o'clock
Tut...tut...tut....
Wulan : “Hi Rianti.”
Rianti : “Umm” (drinking)
Wulan : “What are you drinking?.”
Rianti : “Oh, I am drinking water right now.”
Wulan : “Oh, okay.”
Rianti : “What are you doing?”
Wulan : “I am scrolling Tiktok, wait, whatt?!”
Rianti : “What? What happent?”
Wulan : “You know Jessica Jane?”
Rianti : “Yeah, I know. She is so beautiful.”
Wulan : “She made a content with Jerome.”
Rianti : “Jerome?”
Wulan : “Yes poor Cellos.”
Rianti : “Who is Cellos?”
Wulan : “He likes Jessica Jane, but Jessica Jane didn't like Cellos.”
Rianti : “What? I haven't understood what you are talking about.”
Wulan : “Never mind.”

30 minutes later...
Wulan : “Oh, I forgot to invited Gandhi and Daniel.”
Rianti : “You should to invited them now.”

Tut....tut....tut....
Gandhi joined the video call.
Gandhi : “Finally, I have been waiting for 30 minutes.”
Wulan : “Hehe, sorry I forgot.”
Gandhi : “Its okay, but where is Daniel?”
Wulan : “Wait, I will invited him now.”
Tut....tut...tut.... tut tut
Wulan : “Not answer.”
Gandhi : “Try again.”

Tut...tut...tut...
Daniel joined video call.
Gandhi : “Where are you Daniel?”
Daniel : “Sorry, I was helping my moms.”
Gandhi : “Okay never mind, it looks like everyone here, so lets get started discussion today.”
The discussion has started.
Gandhi : “Okay, I will lead the discussion, first what is the topic?”
Wulan : “I don’t know.”
Daniel : “Umm...”
5 minutes later ....
Daniel : “I dont know.”
Gandhi : “Thank you Daniel for wasting my time.”
Daniel : “My brain is stuck.”
Gandhi : “How about you Rianti?”
Rianti : “Same as Daniel.”
Gandhi : “Okay, I will make conversation with Wulan and Rianti, and then Daniel type it on
laptop.”
Daniel : “Okay, if it's typing. It's easy to me.”
Gandhi : “Okay, trust you. Any question?”
Rianti : “No, there is not.”
Gandhi : “Okay then, the discussion is over, I have to go now. See you guys.”
Daniel : “Me too, see you guys.”
Rianti : “Okay bye, bye Wulan, see you next time.”
Wulan : “Bye Rianti.”
