Flex the legs towards the patient’s chest to open the anterior
posterior diameter of the pelvis
Suprapubic Pressure
Apply a “rolling pressure over the fetal anterior shoulder on
mother’s lower abdomen so the shoulder will adduct and pass
under the symphysis
