done.
2 No progress in the issue of Bhilai staff quarters maintenance which is again and again
raised in the IRM.(Pending with HO)
3 No progress has been done for identifying the Special Assistants post vacancy in BHILAI
Sec-1 Branch which is lying vacant since long on account of attachment of Mrs. Janki Rani
to ZO Raipur. No officiating and no notification against this post. This post should be filled
immediately. This issue was undertaken so many times but yet to be resolved.
4 Proposal for a Staff Training Centre at Raipur on residential basis required as Raipur is the
capital of C.G. and Bank is planning to open many branches here.
5 The issue to establish a Currency Chest in Raipur is still pending.
6 As entire C.G. state is naxal prone area, out of 56 branches 29 branches are in high risk
and only 10 branches have guards which seems to be very risky for the Bank and working
staff at their branches looking at the ongoing incidences in nearby areas in several Banks.
7 Requirement of adequate clerical staff and sub staff in branches/ ZO is a long pending
issue which is yet to be resolved.
8 In issue of cash remittance, ZO had not paid full diem allowance/overtime to award staff
beyond stipulated time.
9 Mrs. Sulesh Sahu [PF 62043] posted in Kirandul branch [3202] as full time peon submitted
annexure 5 for retention in same branch and was ready to work as HKP. But management
refused her annexure 5 and transferred her to Bailadila branch.
10 Basic amenities (like separate wash room for ladies) to be provide immediately to every
branch like charoda and others.
11 Regularization of daily wagers pending since long.
Thanking You,
Yours’ faithfully,
Shirish Nalgundwar
(General Secretary)
