Since then it has become the only Engineering Office in Roxas City and Province
Of Capiz which engage in Plan Preparations, Engineering consultations,
Structural designs computations, Construction supervisions, design and Build
And Other Civil Engineering related jobs. CSC Builders is owned and managed by
Engr. Ramil S. Artates. A Registered and Licensed Civil Engineer and a Registered
and Licensed Master Plumber specializing in Structural Engineering to ensure
that the building we design is structurally safe from earthquake and wind resistant.
