DECISION-WARE
WARE
Each quarter Honda Motor Europe updates
its pricing and profitability-forecasting
system, which breaks down the
factory to showroom prices and costs
factory-to-showroom
for its 14 different models.
The system was based on 182 linked
spreadsheets with each of the thirteen
spreadsheets,
countries requiring separate files listing
the details of each model, exchange
rates and other key variables.
