Assignment Description

The World Bank, in consultation with the M&E Unit of the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA), is
seeking to hire a Consultant to prepare and conduct two highly technical impact evaluations for each
of pilot intervention: (i) The Punjab Health and Nutrition CCT (H&N CCT), and (ii) the Punjab Youth
Employment Pilot (PYEP).

Qualification Criteria

1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. *

2. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. *

3. Provide information on the qualifications of key staff. *

4. Provide information on their core business and years in business.
