    Yes, I think CLSU is achieving its vision and fulfilling its mission. This is true based on the news with
    regards to its huge contribution in agriculture, environment and their recent response on COVID-19 by
    assisting through test kits. CLSU is attaining its vision as a world-class national research university, while
    accomplishing their mission by giving their full cooperation for the betterment of our country.
