Dear Sir:

Greetings!

This is in response to the letter received on December 11, 2020, from your office and to give you an
update on the lacking document which is the Discharge Permit. We have successfully secured the
renewal of our Permit to Operate on November 12, 2020. However, the application for the discharge
permit is returned pending resolution of the issued notice of violation (NOV) from the DENR – EMB7.

As of this writing, the pending NOV already has pending resolution, however, the legal department of
EMB7 cannot release the resolution without the signature of Regional Director Lormelyn Claudio. Once
signed, they will release it to us through email according to Ms. CJ Banghulot of the legal department.

As soon as the resolution is released, we will do the necessary corrective actions stipulated from the said
document. With this, we ask for your understanding on the matter. Rest assured, we are doing our best
to secure the Discharge Permit. We are constantly reaching out to the EMB7 so that we can process the
application right away.
