Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii Standard shipping (allow 5-7 business days for delivery): $25 NOTE: For instructor-
led (e.g., In Person) courses starting within 7 days of your purchase date, your books will be an additional cost of
$25 to ensure you receive your materials in a timely fashion. (Total shipping & handling cost: $50)

Canada, Puerto Rico Standard shipping (allow 5-7 business days for delivery): $50

International Standard shipping (allow 5-10 business days for delivery): $85. Applicable tari s/fees are not
