GROUND RULES FOR GLOBED ACHIEVE3000 (INT, UPP & PFC)

BILKENT UNIVERSITY
ENGLISH LANGUAGE PREPARATORY PROGRAM
 The link for the website:

 To receive a grade for each week on Globed Achieve3000, students need to read 10 articles, do the
complementary tasks and achieve minimum 75%. Students who fail to achieve these requirements
will get a zero (0) for that week.

 Student progress will be checked 5 times a course. Students are responsible for completing the
activities on a weekly basis before the deadlines as announced to them in the class and on
MOODLE.

 Instructors will receive a grade report (please see the excel spreadsheet) each week showing the
student progress in the dates specified.

 Instructors will share students' weekly progress report regularly with the students.

 If there is a problem with the Globed Achieve3000 system such as student work not saved, access
codes not working, student not being able to complete the activities before the deadline because of
system malfunctioning and so on, it is the responsibility of the student to inform the instructor
and the HTU within 5 working days. Any requests after 5 working days will not be taken into
consideration.
