ISACA Online Learning Courses and Events – Claiming your CPE

After completing an ISACA online program or event (including Webinars), you will need to go
through a simple submission process to download a CPE certificate. This process will also add
the CPE credit to your profile.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Navigate to MyISACA and log in (if you are not already logged in).

2. Click the myLearning tab.

3. Click the Transcripts button.

4. All courses/events you have registered for will be listed in the Pending CPE section. If the
requirements for that program have been met, there will be a Submit CPE button
displayed to the right of the program title. *

5. Click the Submit CPE button.

6. Confirm the information on this page and click the Continue button.

7. Complete the survey and select the Submit button.

8. Confirm the information on this page and then click the Process CPE button.

9. You will automatically be redirected back to the Transcripts page. Now, the program will be
listed in the Completed section. You will see the ISACA Certificate button to the right of the
program title.

10. Clicking the ISACA Certificate button will bring you to the MyDownloads tab where
you will be able to download and view your CPE certificate. Note that your certificate
will be available to download, view, and/or print.
NOTE: The CPE Certificate will expire within 12 months. All CPE credit must be reported
in the year it is earned.

11. The CPE earned for the program will also be added to your profile and can be found within
24 hours of submission in your myCertifications tab. To learn about how to report CPEs,

*Requirements for the completion of a course or event may differ; requirements will typically be
explained through written or verbal instructions at the beginning or end of the program. If you
have any questions, or if you believe you have completed a program that is not showing as
complete, please go to https://support.isaca.org to request assistance. 1
