2, EMOLUMENTS:-
‘Your monthly Gross CTC will be Rs.19500/- (Rupees Ninetoon Thousand Five Hundred Only). n addition to
this, you shal be entitled to other perks and benefits as made available from time to time by the Company. The
Company shall deduct from your remuneration, Income Tax, PF & PT and other taxes’ levies as applicable under
the statutory laws, which itis liable to deduct at source as applicable.
All information regarding your remuneration and terms of employraent are confidential and you shall not divulge.

‘You shall intially be on probation fora period of Six month from the date of joining the Company. The same may
however, be extended if so deemed necessary by the management of the Company. On completion of probation
period, either intial or extended, as the case may b:, the management may be in its sole discretion confirm your
employment with the company, by issuing aleter to the said effect. You will be deemed to be on probation tl you
receive the letter of confirmation from the Management.
4, SEPARATION: -
During the probation period, your services may be terminated by the Management without notice and without
assigning any reason therefore, After confirmation, the Management may terminate your services by giving one
‘month's written notice or payment of basic salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reasons. Similarly, you may
resign frern the service of the Company by giving one month's notice in wring or payment of basic salary in feu
thereof.
‘Your employment shall stand terminated forthwith without any notice inthe event ofthe following:

7. CONTINUATION OF EMPLOYMENT:

with the Company at the time of recruitment process. However, if at any time it should emerge that the
Particulars furnished by you are false/incorrect or if any material of relevant information has been suppressed
OF concealed this appointment will be considered inetfective and irregular and would be liable to be terminated
by the management forthwith without notice. This will be without prejudice to the right of the management to
take discipinary action against you forthe same,
8. LEAVES AND OTHER SERVICE BENEFITS: -
‘You willbe entitled to leave, holidays and other service benefis as per the rules of the managemenUbusiness
Conduct rules as framed from time to time and shall be applicable to all employees.
9. RETIREMENT: —
You shal retire on the attainment of 60 yeas unets specaly required by the Company in wing to continue
in service beyond this age. Your employment shall stand terminated on the date of your retirement for which
