Reflection Writing Assignment: Faith Group / Rituals Date: 20/01/2021

1. Identify/ describe the faith group that you most closely associate with.
I belong to Christianity faith group which is the largest faith group in the world with more than
30% of total world population.

2. Name and briefly explain one ritual:

a. That you participate in or perform as part of your faith group, and explain the
significance of the ritual.

I participate in different religious rituals like Christmas, Friday prayers, etc. For example, I
participate in Christmas every year and do preparation for this ritual for many days. This day
reminds Jesus, Son of God because on Christmas day he came into this world for us so he can
show the right path to all people who don’t know. Jesus had a strong belief in God, despite all
the difficulties they faced. This day reminds me of the importance of faith in our God. This tells
us how our beloved Jesus faced difficulties with the help of god and we can also face all the
difficulties of this world if we believe in God. This day reminds me of the teaching of Jesus
which is essential to pass a good life in this world according to the will of God.
