Executive Summary

Introduction

A good quality of bag is what we made that would likely linger the interest of the
public , a product that is simple yet beautiful. We focus on the fact that even if
people can’t afford to buy a designer bag, they can still have bags that are beautiful
and durable through our made product.

Brand new bags today are worth thousands that people cannot afford to buy it. In
return we are promoting a convenient and affordable product that would benefit not
only the consumer but the environment as well.

Product

An Eco-friendlier variety of bag is what we want to produce in the market. That


is composing of a variance of colors,designs and sizes depending on what purpose
the product would be used.
The product is made for the purpose of storing valuable or day-to-day things,and
for its durability to hold and contain heavy things. Our product would be found on
local markets where the customers could easily find it. It is made using only one
main material which is used clothes where in it can be bought from thrift shops.

Technology
Our product is made to ensure customers that they can have a high quality bag,
which is durable enough to withstand the load of heavy things it will carry. It can be
bought at low price but we aims it to be long lasting.

Market Environment

Customer and End user contains the same group even if in reality they are
different. Customer is an individual or business that purchases the goods or services
produced by an entity or they are the middle man between the end user and the
consumer. End User means that the person who consumes/uses the product after it
has been fully developed and marketed, so in short they the persons who really need
the product that an entity produced.
The target of this product are girls, women, old lady and those person who
wants to collect unique things.The product that we made is for personal interest like
collection, necessities or for souvenir. And we can assure the users that our made
product is made out of love, time and effort.
As experience in nowadays a lot of people in the society don’t have the
capacity to buy bags, purse and wallet, so we come up in the idea to make
something affordable and has a good quality.

Competition

Competition always exist in the business world. Bags, Purse and Wallets can
bought everywhere in different brands like Valenciaga, Louis Vitton and Hermes for
bags, Seikosana and Michaela for purse and wallet, this examples are worth hundred
or thousand of pesos.

Marketing Strategy

Production/Operating Requirements
This section talks about the procedures of the venture on how our product will
be offered to the market and the process on how it is made will be understood in the
next sentences.
The product is a variety of bag which is made from its main material which is old
used clothes. The process of making the product consists of cutting the clothes into
proportionate sizes and arranging it by the color chosen. It is now then braided and
connected together in order to form the bag. The product is purely handmade and
made using only few materials such as old clothes, zipper, needles and thread.
As for the place of making the product it can actually be done anywhere and
does not require any specific place to make. The estimated time a person can make
would be 4 hours for the sling bag and 2 hours for the pouch or wallet. Considering
the raw materials needed we estimated that the cost incurred to be at the amount
of P for each product made. Raw materials used for making the product can be
bought from thrift shops and local stores.
Knowing that our sources are easily found we believe that our product will
become a sustainable business in the future.
