Subject: REQUEST FOR AGE RELAXATION FOR UNDERGOING

LOWER SCHOOL COURSE.
It is submitted that I have been appointed as a police constable in
Sindh Police District Larkano on 16.11.2007 and presently I have been posted
at driving license branch regional Headquarters Larkano. I have been
performing my duties honestly with all satisfactions of my superiors
throughout my service. It is further submitted that my all batch mates are
lower qualified, but I have not undergone the lower school course owing to
my domestic issues and presently I am overage as per departmental rules. It is
further submitted that overage police constables were recently given
opportunity to undergo the lower school course. Now, they are lower
qualified.
Therefore it is humbly requested to your kind and gracious
honnour that I may very kindly be given age relaxation to undergo lower
school course for betterment of my future in the police department.
