Subject: Termite Proofing works at your site

Dear Sir,
With reference to our survey and visit at your site; we have observed there are three rooms that needs to
be termite proofed; therefore we are quoting the termite proofing charges as below

Facilities and Procedures

1. Drilling Process will be carried

2. Injecting of medicine with high pressure electric pump will be used to disintegrate deep down
anti termite medicine flow
3. Mixing ratio of medicine will be one litter into 250 liters of water
4. 250 ppm pressure machine will handle such amount of diluted medicine which would have
capacity of inserting 250 liters of medicine inside the soil

Medicine Used

PCSIR approved medicine will be used

Work Completion time of Termite proofing

It’s a 7 days task all the the work would be completed in 7 days
Warranty

Written warranty will be provided around 10 years

Warranty letter will be issued after completion of work

The charges for termite proofing of three rooms will be just @ Rs. 11000/- only including
medicine labor and transportation
