RECOMMENDATION LETTER

I am very pleased to write this recommendation in favor of Mr. Bilal Riaz for Turkiye Burslari
Scholarship 2021. He has been my student in the BS Textile Engineering (Processing) at
National Textile University. As Chairman/Asst. Professor of Textile Processing Department at
NTU, I work with many students who are very promising and have substantial knowledge and he
is one of them.

I have known Mr. Bilal Riaz for more than 3 years and instructed the course of Textile Finishing
(TP-4031) in B.Sc. Textile Engineering. I have also supervised him in his BS Thesis with the
title of “Applications and Kinetics of Novel Reactive Dye”.

He is a self-driven and ambitious young researcher who has identified higher studies as a means
to enhance his career. He has a very strong interest in research which he has demonstrated more
significantly compared to many other students. I believe he will bring considerable benefit to
Turkiye Burslari Community because of his strong work ethic and abilities.

Mr. Bilal Riaz truly stood out among his peers. He has a comprehensive and detailed knowledge
in Textile Processing field, and his personal qualities inspire affinity in his classmates and
colleagues.
