 It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to this
important session.

 Today I have the honor to introduce Mrs. Sri Hadiati,
who will present Institutional and Human Resource
Management Reforms.

 The objective of this session is to share knowledge and
experience of matters related with Institutional and
Human Resource Management Reforms.

 I am very pleased to introduce Mrs. Sri Hadiati who is
going to talk to us today about Institutional and
Human Resource Management Reforms of The
Indonesian Government. She is employed by the
National Institute of Public Administration and her
present position is Deputy Chairman for Performance
Evaluation on Government Institutions and Apparatus.
