waterproofing of celling and wall painting are
done to the building at every 3 years for long
life span of the building.
MACHINES
1. Wheel alignment and balancing :
 Is the process of equlizing the weight of the combined tire .
 Wheel assembly so that spins smoothly at high speed .

 Balancing involves putting the wheel assembly on a balancer ,

which center the wheel and spins It to determine where the
weight should go.

2. Air compressor :
 An air compressor is device that converts power into potential energy
stored in pressurized.
 An air compressor forces more and more air into storage tank
increasing the pressure.
3. Tire changer :
 A machine used to help tire technician disamount and amount
tires automobile A tire changer is with wheel.
 Tire After the wheel and tire assembly are removed from
the automobile , the tire changer has re from thall the
components necessary to remove and replace the from the
wheel.
4 .Hydraulic machine :
 Hydraulic machine are used for the heavy construction work , oil and
gas mines and rigs.
 Thesr machines use liquid fluid power to perform all type of heavy
work smoothly such as drilling, heavy construction cleanup.

5 oil drainer :
 Drain the oil into a pan that can hold twice the volume of oil in the
engine’s crankcase.
 Drain the oil when the engine is warm to ensure that any sludge
flows out smoothly.
 When you do not change the oil time to time, oil will be hot!
Keep draining until the oil has slowed to an intermittent drip
6. Nitrogen tire machine :
 Nitrogen is a stable gas that helps maintain air
pressure in any temperature, it is looks like an air
compressor.
 This machine for a safety
 Nitrogen is less likely to migrate through tire rubber than
is oxygen , which means that your tire pressures will
remain more stable over the long term.
 Racers figured out pretty quickly that tires filled with
nitrogen rather than air also exhibit less pressure change
with temperature swings
7. Injector cleaner :
 An injector cleaner is used to clean out all of the dirt, debris and
build up in your fuel system.
 They are especially important for engines running on
gasoline containing ethanol and fuel injected engines.

Quality & service management

Genuine automotive companies and best buy
brands are created by superb, customer-
oriented quality
Ongoing efforts to manage quality:
Hyundai motor company’s made a full-fledged roll-
out of quality management in 1999. To reinforce its
commitment, it established the Hyundai quality
department that reports directly to the chair man in
sept.2002, to improve global customer satisfaction,
it integrated the maintenance and quality control
operations and established a quality control
organization overseas. A 24-hour, 365-days-a-year
“Global quality situation room” was established
in2004 to enable the company to respond in real
time to diverse quality problems that may arise
anywhere in the world, moreover, top managers
from every department gather to discuss quality-
related issues in a quality meeting held twice a
month. The company believes that supplying zero-
fault vehicles is a basic responsibility and
fundamental requirement to build customer
satisfaction. This is why it makes ongoing efforts to
conduct quality-driven management
Brand innovation driven by quality:
Accent was awarded the 2014 residual value award
by the automotive lease guide (ALG) in the U.S., and
also highly praised in J.D. power’s 2013 initial quality
survey (IQS). Known as salaries in Russia, it won the
annual national award car of the year in 2013.
Veloster, which embodies Hyundai motor company’s
creative imagination, also continued to demonstrate
its unique value with such recognitions as auto
pacific’s vehicle satisfaction award for sporty cars.

Customer-centric smart services:

As part of ongoing efforts to furnish customer-
friendly services and to increase the credibility and
efficiency of maintenance, Hyundai motor company
began to automat its service centers across the
world in 2014 from the time of arrival until
departure, every procedure is managed
electronically to facilitated communication and offer
customer-oriented services. Separately ,to improve
fundamental vehicle maintenance service that
provide , the company developed and deployed the
worlds first next generation diagnostic equipment on
amobile platform with enhanced speed and
diagnostic capabilities to detect faults. In 2015,this
contributed to improve customer convenience and
experience introducing ‘virtual guide’, the world first
user manual which is applied augmented reality
technology. It reinforced management of its global
service support center(GSSC) and implemented hi-
tech remote diagnostic technology to resolve
difficult repair problems in a real –time so that it can
guarantee complete vehicle maintenance services to
customers worldwide.
Manpower Planning
Manpower Planning which is also called as Human Resource
Planning consists of putting right number of people, right kind
of people at the right place, right time, doing the right things
for which they are suited for the achievement of goals of the
organization. Human Resource Planning has got an important
place in the arena of industrialization. Human Resource
Planning has to be a systems approach and is carried out in a
set procedure. The procedure is as follows:

 Analysing the current manpower inventory

 Making future manpower forecasts
 Developing employment programmes
 Design training programmes

Steps in Manpower Planning

Analysing the current manpower inventory- Before a manager
makes forecast of future manpower, the current manpower
status has to be analysed. For this the following things have to
be noted-
Type of organization
 Number of departments
 Number and quantity of such departments
 Employees in these work units
 Once these factors are registered by a manager, he goes
for the future forecasting.
 Making future manpower forecasts- Once the factors
affecting the future manpower forecasts are known,
planning can be done for the future manpower
requirements in several work units.
The Manpower forecasting techniques commonly employed by
the organizations are as follows:
 Expert Forecasts: This includes informal decisions, formal
expert surveys and Delphi technique.
 Trend Analysis: Manpower needs can be projected
through extrapolation (projecting past trends), indexation
(using base year as basis), and statistical analysis (central
tendency measure).
 Work Load Analysis: It is dependent upon the nature of
work load in a department, in a branch or in a division.
 Work Force Analysis: Whenever production and time
period has to be analysed, due allowances have to be
made for getting net manpower requirements.
 Other methods: Several Mathematical models, with the
aid of computers are used to forecast manpower needs,
like budget and planning analysis, regression, new venture
analysis.
Importance of Manpower Planning
 Key to managerial functions
 Efficient utilization
 Motivation
 Better human relations
 Higher productivity
Need of Manpower Planning
 Manpower Planning is a two-phased process because
manpower planning not only analyses the current human
resources but also makes manpower forecasts and thereby
draw employment programmes. Manpower Planning is
advantageous to firm in following manner:
 Shortages and surpluses can be identified so that quick
action can be taken wherever required.
 All the recruitment and selection programmes are based
on manpower planning.
 It also helps to reduce the labour cost as excess staff can
be identified and thereby overstaffing can be avoided.
 It also helps to identify the available talents in a concern
and accordingly training programmes can be chalked out
to develop those talents.
 It helps in growth and diversification of business. Through
manpower planning, human resources can be readily
available and they can be utilized in best manner.

expansive process.
