The Mini-Switch LB 471 can be used in two different 19" racks and in a wall
mounted housing.

The Unit "TE"

The width of a 19" rack is measured in the unit TE

A 19" rack has 84TE
(1TE = 5,08mm)

The Mini-Switch cassette version has 4TE.

If you use a 12TE power supply, you can use up
to 18 Mini-Switch in one 19" rack.
In order to calculate the space consumption in a
19" rack, you must add the TE of all units you
want to install in this rack.
