Kipsu Welcomes Lisa Brezonik and Chip Pearson as Newest Board Members

Minneapolis, MN (February 1, 2021)​ - Kipsu, one of the Twin Cities’ leading growth-stage
technology companies, is excited to announce the addition of Lisa Brezonik and Chip Pearson to
its board of directors.

Kipsu’s CEO and Co-Founder, Chris Smith, announced, “I am excited to welcome Lisa and Chip
onto our board to help us take our company to the next level — they both bring unique skills that
are directly applicable to the size organization we are and will round out our board as we
continue to scale with our expected growth.” Kipsu has a strong market leadership position in
Real-Time Engagement and is planning for substantial growth as it exits the pandemic with its
contactless technology.

Lisa Brezonik​ ​is the Chief Executive Officer of Salo, a leader in placing senior-level finance,
accounting and human resource professionals in permanent, interim or project-based
assignments. Prior to taking on the role of President, she served as the Chief Administrative
Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Salo and her career has focused on building high
performing teams. “Kipsu’s focus on people while embarking on strong, long-term customer
partnerships has proven successful through the COVID crisis, and I am excited to jump in as the
Kipsu team drives to the next level of growth,” stated Lisa.

Chip Pearson ​was Co-CEO of one of the Twin Cities most successful technology companies in
the last decade, Jamf, until 2017. Chip and his wife Amy have since launched Bootstrappers.mn
to invest in and help grow other software organizations by leveraging their background and high
growth company building expertise. Chip stated, “I am delighted to join the Kipsu board —
Chris and his leadership team bring the same long-term thinking and focus on company culture
that we valued at Jamf, and I am excited to be part of building another great company here in the
Twin Cities.”

Chip and Lisa will be joining long time board members Marty Leestma, Jeff Hinck and Chris
Smith.
