I would like to recommend Mrs. Sarah Cooper for the position as high school art teacher. After
working with Sarah for the past several years, as her evaluator, I feel confident in speaking to her
abilities as an art teacher. She has a clear skill set of differentiating lessons, using rubrics, and the
data collected to make instructional decisions. She is an advocate for her students while
maintaining professional decorum. She is a hard worker who goes above and beyond for her
students and our school.

Sarah would be greatly missed in Brunswick City Schools; however, I would never hesitate in
recommending her for any position she applied for. Sarah is a talented teacher and artist, as well
