EMMANUEL E.P.

CHURCH, KWESIMINTSIM

YOUTH FELLOWSHIP

REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2010

Ps. 7:17 I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of
the LORD most high.

The District Pastor, Presbyters, Group leaders, ladies and gentlemen,

The executives and the entire youth of the Kwesimintsim E.P. church wish to use this platform,
to express their gratitude to the almighty God for his guidance, protection, provision,
abundance and love towards the youth and entire membership of the E.P. Church.

The youth fellowship organized a camp meeting in June 2010 under the theme “stir up the gift
of God in you” 2 Tim 1:6. The camp meeting offered participants to grace to experience the
power of God as in the days of the Acts of the Apostles.

The camp was specially graced by the district Pastor who gave a powerful sermon on the
theme. In attendance were the catechist, and some Presbyters.

We wish briefly to express our sincere gratitude to the District Pastor Rev. A.K. Mensah and his
able leadership for supporting us in the organization of these programmes we say Daddy thank
you.

The youth week celebration was successfully held in August 2010. It was at this celebration that
we donated curtains for interior decoration of the church

Ladies and gentlemen the youth fellowship is made up of all youth of the church irrespective of
ones group. We believe as youth we have a responsibility to help expand the kingdom of God
that is why as a fellowship we occasionally organize programmes that seeks to mold us as
ambassadors for Christ, therefore we would like to urge all youth in the church to join and
participate in these programmes.

We are grateful however for the support and advice we received from our elders. You have
been of great help to us throughout the years. We say thank you.

Ladies and gentlemen the youth fellowship has few challenges, which are the unwillingness of
some youths of the church, to join the fellowship and the inconsistency in attendance of
members to meetings.
However we believe the coming year will bring a change of attitude in them.

We wish to reiterate, that a scholarship scheme be instituted by the church to help some of the
youths who need financial assistance to further their education. We also want to plead with
members who are in a position to offer employment to help reduce the unemployment among
the youth in the church.

Ladies and gentlemen in the year 2011 we hope to grow further in the realms of the spirit, be
more humble, obedient, committed and dedicated in the work of the ministry. We also wish to
enter into a business venture to enhance our financial strength in the year.

We wish all of you a happy and a prosperous new year.

Thank you.
