Dear _________________,

I am writing in behalf of my client _________ of ____________ to demand that you

perform and deliver the frame and the video of their marriage ceremony immediately or within
five (5) days from receipt of this letter.

My client had paid you already the full amount and it was paid to you even before the
wedding day. You seem to ignore the follow ups that my client has made that a year has already
passed, yet you failed to comply with your contractual obligations to which you have executed
and entered on _______________, a machine copy of this contract is hereto attached and formed
as an integral part of this demand letter.

This will serve as your First and Final Demand for you to deliver the above stated
frame and the video, plus attorney’s fees otherwise we would be compelled to file a case in court
to enforce this claim with recovery of DAMAGES that you have caused my client.

Kindly give this matter your preferential attention.
