Please follow these steps to connect to:

1. LAPA’s simulator remotely using Google remote access;

2. Start your ZOOM session with LAPA’s instructor.

You will need a PC with stable internet connection, installed Chrome

browser and Zoom application, webcam, microphone and speakers.
1. Start Google Chrome browser on your PC.
2. Please Sign out from your existing Google Account by pressing Sign Out:

3. Sign in to LAPA students Google account by pressing Sign In (you can enter google sign in
phrase in google search and press Enter):

4. If you have several Google account, choose Use another account:

5. Enter LAPA students Google account e-mail we have provided you in e-mail and press Next:

6. Enter Google account password: Lapatrain2020 and press Next:

(first L letter is capital)
7. Enter address: remotedesktop.google.com/access in Google Chrome address bar:

8. Using a mouse press on remote device lapatrainee6:

9. Please enter PIN code: 123456 and press Enter

10. Now you are connected to LAPA remote PC. Please minimize window:

11. Your remote screen looks like this:

12. Optionally: you can maximize your screen by pressing the arrow on right side of screen:

13. Choose upper option to enter Full screen mode:

14. Great! Now your instructor will start up the simulator and you will be able to operate it
remotely.

15. Please download Zoom application from https://zoom.us/download and install it on your
PC:

16. Start Zoom application:

17. Enter Zoom ID we have provided you in e-mail, enter your real name & surname, press Join:

18. Enter Zoom password we have provided you in e-mail, press Join:
19. Press Join with Video:

20. Please wait until Instructor will accept you, press Test Computer Audio to test your
microphone and speakers:
21. Press Join with Computer Audio:

22. Now we’re ready! It’s recommended to move Zoom and Google Chrome windows to see
both ones simultaneously:

1. After your course is completed please disconnect Zoom session by pressing Leave meeting:
2. Press Disconnect button on simulator’s window:
3. Please don’t forget to Sign out from LAPA students Google account after completing the
course:
