DEED OF UNDERTAKING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, WILLIAM MACASPAC EBANCUEL, of legal age, married and a resident of 0235

Brgy. Aningway-Sacatihan, Subic, Zambales after having been sworn to in accordance with
law do hereby undertake to faithfully perform the following acts and state:

1. That 50% of the proceeds of a future sale of a house and lot owned in common
by me and Ma. Sanchia Basista Ebancuel located at B12 L45 Citihomes, Grand
Plaza, Brgy. Anabu 2A, Imus, Cavite, the lot covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-1304292 shall be deposited to a Trust Fund for and in the name of
Alisa Gabrielle B. Ebancuel and Olivia Marie B. Ebancuel for the sole purpose of
their welfare and development, i.e. medical expenses, educational expenses and
the like;
2. That such Trust Fund would be opened in any Commercial Banks in the
Philippines;
3. That I am aware that a future sale of the aforementioned property shall be
revocable if I fail to comply with stipulation number one (1);
4. That this deed of undertaking is executed in connection to a Special Power of
Attorney granted to me by Ma. Sanchia Basista Ebancuel regarding the future
sale of the abovementioned property;
5. That the authority given to me by the Principal Ma. Sanchia Basista Ebancuel is
conditional which has the effect of making the future contract of sale
automatically revocable upon failure to comply with stipulation number one (1);
6. That I am also executing this deed of undertaking to inform any buyer of this
caveat; selling the property beyond the authority given by the principal is ultra
vires and makes the sale automatically revocable under the provisions of the
New Civil Code.
